Hello everyone
It's already late evening here and I'm sitting in a dark room listening for ambient from Steve Roach. Damn he is good at it...By listening his music I get very inspired, and ready to do crazy designs or photo manipulations. But, listening to his music and looking at Michal Karcz works at the same time is just mind-blowing technique of inspirating yourself
That's some kind of symbiosis, where Steve's music and digital art of Michal work as an inspirative compound
Today I'm going to show you some of Michal's works, that I like the most and also tell you a bit about Michal Karcz
Those works that I show in my post are best in my opinion. Your opinion could be different from mine, so definitely check the rest of his works, cause they're awesome.
Michal Karcz aka. Karezoid was born in 1977 in Warsaw, Poland. After graduating High school of art he began his journey into the world of digital and traditional art. At that time he was painting more than photographing, and only a few years ago he left canvas and paintbrushes replacing his biggest passion by photography. I don't really know, and I nobody knows, if it was good or bad decision, but He became one of the biggest and brightest modern digital artists in the world.

It is hard to find anyone who have never heard of a person with nickname Karezoid. Even among those who don't devote their life to design or photography. One of my friends, when I was telling him about cool pictures of Karezoid said: "aah...yeah, it's that guy on deviantart, who makes cool landscapes". Well, that's true, landscapes are really amazing and I always wonder where does he get so much inspiration. After checking his homepage at www.michalkarcz.com I got to know, where he finds so much inspiration.
Well, first of all, the source of inspiration is located somewhere between his mind and his soul. I like, how he describes his art direction: "Most of my work is the journey to the places which don't exist, places from my dreams, desire and imagination." And while looking at his work you really feel an atmosphere of some unreal world, that is maybe very far from you, but somehow you feel it.
Also, it won't be a secret, that he also gets inspired from various artists, as we all do. So, you never know, maybe even your works can inspire him.
And I can't leave unnoticed such an interesting fact. For those, who watch him on DeviantArt, this won't be a news. Every work, that he does is also inspired by music of his favorite musicians. That is a reason, why I decided to add a youtube video of Steve Roach here in a post
Just put it to play to build the right atmosphere and enjoy awesome works from Karezoid. If you want, you don't have to scroll, just click on first picture and click next, next, next and don't forget to put YouTube movie playing - it really adds a cool effect while watching his works
P.S. and sorry, that some of them have DeviantArt copyright sign
P.P.S. If somebody is interested, here is a link to a wallpaper made by Karezoid from one of his old works.
